You're not as brave as you were at the start.

Toshi is heads taller than most at 7'2" but is underweight for his height. If you somehow manage to catch him wearing less clothing than is appropriate there is a large scar situated just below his ribs, with longer scars arching out from it from the multiple surgeries he's had. Despite his best efforts, his hair often does as it wishes with its aggressive wave and dry texture.

He prefers fitted suits, particularly yellow tones but also black and navy. His hero's outfit is specially made to fit him under his clothing and account for changes in his muscle mass without shredding. Modesty plus functionality, though any changes of muscle mass result in a lost suit.

He walks with long strides though often has a slouch which hides his full height.

When heroing as All Might he is borderline obnoxious with a never-failing smile and gungho attitude. Years of being in the spotlight and handling the media has made him amicable and open to others. His goal is to inspire others and brighten their day with his presence. Though, more often than not these days you'll find him teaching at U.A... Only you won't know it.

Toshinori is still an optimist at heart but outside of his All Might form he expresses his worries more openly. His confidence in his ability to protect the world in the face of his health concerns has been waning. These same health issues have him avoiding the spotlight to keep the secret of his injuries hidden due to the possible villain activity that may arise in the wake of such news. Health combined with these fears have made him secretive and cautious.

He continues to carry faith that he will find a successor for One for All, viewing the next crop of young heroes with expectation and interest. Enough so that he chose to get his teaching license and join the staff at U.A., where he believes the most promising students will be found. Perhaps it's a result of hard-earned experience but Toshinori has very strict qualifications to be met for any possible successor.

Willing to play the oaf, he puts off a rather unassuming air when he's at school. He openly carries notes for his classes and even has a teaching for dummies book in his back pocket which he subtly reads from time to time. While he does have a lot to learn in the ways of teaching this is mostly to put off a mildly ineffectual air to unsettle the students. Underestimating others is one of the first mistakes of young heroes, after all.

One for All → A quirk passed down through generations, landing on Toshinori as the eight bearer. It gives the user a vast pool of strength to dip into at varying levels but it can cause a significant amount of damage to a user whose body isn't prepared for it.

Toshinori was very capable of wielding One for All from the outset, spending more time on learning fighting styles and battle techniques than adapting to the quirk's potential power. At full strength, Toshinori can wreck entire areas with one punch. Changes to the weather, damage to the ground and ground zero building leveling. Because of the destructive effects he only uses parts of the power, only enough to handle the battle without causing more damage or creating more casualties.

Currently, due to Toshinori's past injuries, he is only able to maintain his muscle form for a few hours a day. He instead utilizes small amounts of One for All in his true form, though for the first time he risks possible injury if he overdoes it.
